Is there mold or spots on aluminum alloy?

Why does the aluminum alloy purchased back have mold and spots after being stored for a period of time?

This problem has been encountered by many customers, and it is easy for inexperienced customers to encounter such situations. To avoid such problems, it is only necessary to pay attention to the following three points:

1. The place where materials are placed must avoid dampness. Some customers purchase materials and place them under simple iron sheds, which may leak rain or have damp floors. If left for a long time, mold and oxidation spots may form.

2. For customers of processing types, such as mold making, machining, cutting, etc., attention should be paid to whether there are residual release agents, cutting fluids, saponification liquids, etc. on the material surface. These corrosive substances should be cleaned up in a timely manner. After the material is processed, it should also be properly stored. Polishing wax, oil stains, etc. used for polishing should be cleaned up. If they are not treated thoroughly, it is also easy to cause yellow spots on the surface of the material during subsequent anodizing.

3. Improper cleaning agents used in the product itself can also cause corrosion and oxidation of the material itself.
