5754 Alloy, also known as aluminum magnesium alloy,  is an alloy with magnesium as the main additive, is a hot rolling process, with about magnesium content of 3% alloy.Moderate static strength, high fatigue strength, hardness of 60-70 HB，With good corrosion resistance, processability and weldability, and its corrosion resistance and strength combination is good，Is a typical alloy in the AI-Mg series alloy.

Processing thickness range (mm): 0.1~400

Alloy state: F, O, H12, H14, H16, H18, H19, H22, H24, H26, H28, H32, H34, H36, H38, H112.

5754 alloy is mainly applicable for:

1、Sound insulation barrier

Welding structure, storage tank, pressure vessel, vessel structure and offshore facilities, transportation tank and other occasions. Using 5754 aluminum plate to make sound insulation barrier, beautiful appearance, exquisite manufacturing, light quality, convenient transportation, construction, low cost, long service life, suitable for the elevated highway and urban light rail, subway noise prevention use.

2、 Power battery cover plate

Power battery, with its high capacity and high energy density characteristics, has become the mainstream technology to supply electrical products that need a large amount of electricity, and is widely used in electric vehicles, vacuum cleaners and other products. Due to the particularity of the use of lithium-ion battery, the power lithium-ion battery must be used together with the power lithium battery cover plate to ensure the reliability of the whole system.
