A1100 is industrial pure aluminum, the aluminum content is 99.00%, and it cannot be heat-treated. It has high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, the density is small, plasticity is good, and various aluminum materials can be produced by pressure processing, but the strength is low. Other process performance is basically the same as 1050A. A1100 is typically used for products that require good formability, high corrosion resistance, and do not require high strength, such as food and chemical storage equipment, building materials, reflectors, nameplates, etc.
