3004 Alloy is an AL-Mn alloy, which is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. The strength of 3004 is higher than 3003. The strength of this alloy is not high and cannot be heat-treated. Therefore, the cold treatment method is used to improve the mechanical properties. 3003 has high plasticity in the annealed status, good corrosion resistance and good weldability. 3004 Aluminum is widely used in the processing parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and solderability.
